I'm so frustrated that I can't join freezach group . I'd really like to be able to join discussion there .

I was wondering , did the investigator speak to the 'clients' at all ? Could Zach's friend find a way to ask him that ?

Yet in all of this what an investagation requires has not been done?? Besides this now means Smid has no choice but to double , triple , Quad the efforts to prove his case.

Oh and for the record: The doors are "LOCKED DOWN" and he refuses to allow kids to be met on the clause of "confidentiality"

You know- it's funny... Before the investigation was dropped, no one could get a word out of Smid. However, after the investigation ends, he's talking to reporters about it. That's somewhat suspicious in my book.

well, yeah. he's not going to have anyone thinking badly of his program, now. so of course he wants to be heard. i have to admit i am a little disappointed by the outcome of the investigation. Just remember, that every time one door closes, more will open.
