I was thinking of contacting several webmasters and forum moderators to ask them to promote the campaign but I don't know where to send them for more info . I imagine people don't like to scroll and search for info . I think there should be a special page with info about campaign , like who's organising it...

This may be silly or maybe it's been done before , but I was thinking about letting Zach know he's not abandoned . He's not allowed to listen to music , so what if somebody would drive by his house ( very slowly ) or intercept him at drop off / pick up time with his favourite song playing full blast ?

Go to the refuge camp and claim to ''need help'' and somehow get a tour, or something of that sort out of someone who works there? Maybe you can get a good idea of how things look, how they act, ect. ect. in the camp itself. Maybe this will spark a bunch of new good ideas, and give some good solid evid...
